Capital Works Forward Pipeline
You can see our pipeline of property projects in the Capital Works Forward Pipeline.
It covers the majority of opportunities with a total contract value of $100,000 and above, and provides indicative procurement timelines. Infrastructure suppliers (main contractors and consultants) can use it to prepare for upcoming NZSPA-led tender opportunities.

Standardising school property
We're standardising school property. In scope are standard buildings, layouts, and materials and systems.
We’re making a list of pre-approved building systems and materials for all school property projects, and working to set up commercial opportunities to work with suppliers to deliver affordable, quality solutions that are easy to maintain.
These commercial opportunities for manufacturers and suppliers will be shared through GETS.

Any opportunities offered by our infrastructure procurement team will be subject to these NZSPA-led terms and conditions.
School board-led property procurements will be subject to the standard terms and conditions for school-led property procurement.
