Advice to Ministers

Our Ministers receive advice from us when they make decisions about the school property portfolio. However, some decision-making processes take longer than others. This means that some information provided to ministers may be about items that stay under active consideration, meaning it will take longer for us to share it.

We will release this information when we’re able to.

Some information in the published documents may be withheld in accordance with the Official Information Act (OIA). Common reasons to withhold information include:

• protecting people’s privacy
• maintaining legal professional privilege, and
• to protect commercial sensitivities.
